Customer Agreement

1. The service

Agentcess provides a control plane for autonomous software agents: identity and passports, capability and policy management, budgeted execution, human approvals, evidence recording and related tooling (the "Service"). The Service is provided to the workspace that accepts this agreement (the "Customer").

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the agents you register and the authority you grant them, including through delegation.
• You will not use the Service to operate agents in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
• You keep your account credentials and passkeys under your control; approvals verified by your passkey are decisions of your workspace.
• Invitations are personal: you approve every email address that may join your workspace.

3. Our responsibilities

• We operate the Service with reasonable care and skill, and we protect each workspace's data with the isolation controls described on our Security page.
• We record evidence of governed actions faithfully and do not alter sealed records.
• We tell you about material changes to the Service or this agreement before they take effect.

4. Evidence and records

The evidence ledger and record book are records of activity within the Service. You may export them at any time; they remain verifiable independently of the Service.

5. Liability

The Service governs and records agent behaviour; it does not make your agents' decisions for them. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and export your records first. We may suspend a workspace that breaches this agreement, after notice where practicable.

7. Governing law

This agreement is governed by Swiss law, with the courts of Zürich as venue.
