Refunds

During early access, Agentcess workspaces are admitted by invitation. If and when paid plans apply to your workspace, the following refund terms hold.

Refund terms

• If the Service fails materially and we cannot put it right, we refund the affected period in full.
• If you cancel within 14 days of a first payment, we refund it — no questions and no forms.
• Agent run budgets are caps you set, not charges by us; unused budget is never spent and needs no refund.

How to ask

Write to support@agentcess.com with your workspace name. Refunds are made to the original payment method, and we confirm by email when issued.
