Answers to the questions new Agentcess workspaces ask most.
Getting started
- Why can't I create an account? Sign-up is invite-only. Ask a workspace owner to add your email under Settings → Who may join.
- What is the sample workspace? New accounts start empty. The demo fleet is visible only to the account that owns it.
- How do I register my first agent? Open Register Agent, describe its purpose, and Agentcess issues its passport and ac:agent:… ID.
Runs and approvals
- My agent stopped mid-run. Check its budget — runs halt when the cap is reached — and Approvals for anything waiting on you.
- An action needs my confirmation. Open Approvals, review the exact action and resource, and confirm with your passkey.
- An agent was put on hold. Repeated refusals trigger automatic containment; the reason is in its identity history, and you can release it from the agent page.
