How Agentcess supports your workspace during early access.
Support during early access is direct: you write to the people who built the product, and a person replies.
How to reach us
- Email support@agentcess.com with your workspace name and what you were trying to do.
- For anything security-related, use security@agentcess.com instead.
- Include the agent's ac:agent:… ID or the run reference when the question is about a specific agent or run — it lets us read the same evidence you see.
What to expect
- A first reply within one business day, usually faster.
- A straight answer: if it's a bug, we say so and tell you when it's fixed.
- If your question shapes the product, we tell you that too.
