Privacy Policy

What we hold

• Account data: your name, email address and passkey credentials, so you can sign in and your approvals can name you.
• Workspace data: the agents, passports, capabilities, policies, zones, runs, approvals and evidence your workspace creates.
• Operational data: logs needed to keep the Service secure and reliable.

What we do with it

• Provide the Service: gate decisions, runs, approvals and evidence all require the records above.
• Secure the Service: containment, rate limiting and audit rely on recorded behaviour.
• Communicate with you about your workspace and material changes.

What we never do

• We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
• We do not use your workspace's records to train models.
• Tool credentials stored for your agents are never exposed to the agents themselves or to other workspaces.

Retention and deletion

Workspace records are kept while your workspace is active. Sealed evidence is designed to be tamper-evident rather than erasable; when you close a workspace we delete account data and decommission remaining records, and you can export everything beforehand.
